A past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Frank Johns has done just about everything an elder law attorney can do. Frank has been involved in countless committees in various capacities over the years, was a key player in the development of NAELA’s Aspirational Standards (and continues to be involved in a revision of those standards), and is a NAELA Fellow. Bob and Frank discuss the future of elder law, whether there are too many lawyers, Frank’s evolution into an elder law litigation attorney (a rare breed), and avoiding ethical minefields (including the always tricky question of who the client is).
