TrustChimp™ Summits are back!
In response to elder law attorney interest in spending an intensive period of time learning about trusts and public benefit planning, we’ve partnered with InterActive Legal to put together a series of regional Summits. Each Summit will be two days of lectures, breakout sessions and practical planning exercises . . . combined with a bit of fun, of course.
The Trust Summits were designed to cover Medicaid, SSI, and VA Trust basics, trust taxation, irrevocable trusts, planning techniques, and drafting exercises. What set the TrustChimp™ approach apart was the combination of lectures on substantive law and regulation, interspersed with small group drafting exercises and drills and ample Q & A time.
